Station 3:
assembly planet pinion cage

Station 4:
bolt bell hub with planet pinion cage
Processing step 1: press together planet pinion cages with bell hub, force displacement measurement, pressing force 100 kN, hydropneumatic force production.

Processing step 2: bolt bell hub and planet pinion cage, electrical nut runner with torque, angle of rotation and stretching border control.

Each station with separate control S7-300.
